Paul Brennan

Paul acts for business owners and property developers.  He is often approached where deals have gone wrong and litigation is looming or commenced to devise strategies and problem solving methods.  He deals in franchising law, encouraging his own clients to start franchises and advising businesses entering into franchises.  His work for business owners means that he advises on a wide range of issues including wills and estates.  A post graduate in copyright law.  He has been a partner in practices in London and Sydney.  A former Counsel and investigative manager with US Multinational Intel in Hong Kong.  He is admitted in several jurisdictions and is the author of several books.

Diane Brennan
A former in house Legal Counsel with Hutchison in Hong Kong. Dealing with commercial, property, litigation and trade mark.  She has practised in several other jurisdictions including New South Wales, UK and Hong Kong. A director of the UK Sailing Academy Australia. A migration agent.
